# Commands & Permissions

Player and admin commands with their permissions.

## Players

| Command                                   | Effect                     |
| ----------------------------------------- | -------------------------- |
| `/crates` (`/crate`, `/keys`, `/lootbox`) | Open the selector.         |
| `/crates preview <crate>`                 | Reward preview.            |
| `/crates keys`                            | Your balances.             |
| `/crates animations`                      | Toggle opening animations. |
| \`/crates open \[amount                   | all]\`                     |

## Admin (`edcrates.admin`)

| Command                                             | Effect                                                               |
| --------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `/edcrates reload`                                  | Reload every file and respawn placed crates.                         |
| \`/edcrates give                                    | take                                                                 |
| `/edcrates giveall <crate> <amount>`                | Everyone online.                                                     |
| `/edcrates givelootbox <player> <lootbox> [amount]` | Lootbox items, the only physical item. Tab-completes lootboxes only. |
| `/edcrates balance [player]`                        | Balances and opened counts.                                          |
| `/edcrates item <crate> [player] [amount]`          | Placeable crate item.                                                |
| `/edcrates place <crate>` / `/edcrates remove`      | Place at your feet / remove the nearest.                             |
| `/edcrates preview <crate> [player]`                | Open a preview for someone.                                          |
| \`/edcrates open \[amount                           | all] \[-free]\`                                                      |
| `/edcrates simulate <crate> [keys]`                 | Roll without granting; prints the distribution and timing.           |
| `/edcrates top <crate> [limit]`                     | Key leaderboard.                                                     |
| `/edcrates list`                                    | Loaded crates.                                                       |
| \`/edcrates animations \<on                         | off>\`                                                               |
| `/edcrates gui <file> [player]`                     | Open any GUI file.                                                   |

## Permissions

| Permission       | Default | Grants                               |
| ---------------- | ------- | ------------------------------------ |
| `edcrates.admin` | op      | `/edcrates`                          |
| `edcrates.place` | op      | Placing and removing physical crates |

Crates can require a `permission:` of their own; rewards can too.
